- Rated 1 out of 5by Markus753, 2 hours agoNot only the new update introduced a lot of bugs but after asking for assistance from the Bitwarden team (as a paying customer), they just ignored me and deleted my questions on their subreddit because "they already solved it" even though I still do not have access to all my passwords. Be warned about this company
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17332969, 2 hours agoThe new version is awful. It cannot even generate a password. When I change the options, new passwords are not generated according to the new settings.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16018047, 2 hours agoAwful update. Takes more clicks to autofill. I think I have the usual spot, click copy, and website I'm using says incorrect password. Turns out I now have to go into the specific webpage info on Bitwarden to then copy password. Even when I wanted it to fill in username/password it didn't work. Had to go into the full link to individually copy username and then password. Just horrible. Please fix!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Tommy2Times, 4 hours agoVault tab is immediately horrible to look at and use when compared to the perfect simplicity of the old design. Such an unfortunate change.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Tomek , 8 hours agoWas great till last update. Look and feel is just uncomfortable now. Especially display all items in main tab. This is some kind of misunderstanding. I want ONLY the login and password for the current site there and not all of them! Please hide it. Did anyone complain about the previous design? no! and now everyone is complaining about the new design. Don't fix something that isn't broken! "fill" button? really?
- Rated 2 out of 5by Pheurum, 10 hours agoHow is it possible that someone thought the new design was a good idea? Completely ridiculous redesign! There was no need at all

- Rated 3 out of 5by vinifurt, 14 hours agoI love this addon and the service provided but the new UI is pretty bad. Now it takes a couple more buttons just to do the same thing.
- Rated 2 out of 5by dguy73137, 15 hours agoThe old version was better. Too many clicks to achieve what was already fine.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18751380, 16 hours agoLast update is weird. Before all common tasks were to 1-2 clicks away, now are 3-6 clicks away. Is it needed to break the usability?
- Rated 1 out of 5by vokirok, 17 hours agoNew UI is very bad. I have to do more clicks then before to copy username and password. I have to aim small button 'Fill' to for autofill.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14394784, a day agoI'll add to the cacophony of people complaining about the terrible new interface. It's not just complaining that something changed, it's that 1) There was no reason for the change and 2) The change is objectively worse than the previous version. The UI feels cluttered overall, but my biggest gripe is the unnecessary "Fill" button'; the previous behavior of clicking the item to fill it was intuitive and required less precision.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17242476, a day agoLoved this extension... until 2024.12.3
We don't want change, unless it makes things faster, smoother, safer, better. Adding extra steps (WTF... "fill" button?!) just slows down the process. Loved the product (mostly) before, but this is a huge mistake. UI changes that break UX need to at least have a toggle. Let's sort it out, folks. Then you get your stars back. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18750883, a day ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by whyrugae, a day agoIt makes me want to use something else more and more every day. Since the redesign, everything takes more clicks to do, looks like a beginner backend developer done it without any knowledge in UX. Android app worked like crp for weeks. What tf
I originally wanted to rate it to 2 stars but I had a mental breakdown because of this clusterf "new" look and feel - Rated 1 out of 5by Inkpaduta, a day agoI'm a paying user and Bitwarden has been great until now. The new extension for Firefox is a total train wreck. It takes forever to load, and it takes at least 3 clicks of the "Fill" button to work, and sometimes it won't work, period. If this is not fixed in the near future, I will be taking my password business somewhere else. The previous extension worked just fine.
- Rated 1 out of 5by turbopixel, a day agoBitwarden was good. With the new update, the Firefox add-on has become unusable. The TOTP code can no longer be copied directly, you first have to click through a menu. The view has become much too large and unreadable!
