- Rated 4 out of 5by Bram J, a month agoIt's pretty annoying that the browser extension has no way of taking you to the actual Bitwarden website. Yes, 90% of the time I just need the extension, but for those times I need to open my vault in a new tab and view the WEBSITE version, I have to manually lookup the bitward website and login??? Just act like other extensions, when you right click the extension button the first option should be a link to the website (and it should remember you are already logged in and not ask you to login again!!!)
- Rated 3 out of 5by ArtX, a month agoThis new passphrase generator that only lets you generate 6 words or more is absolutely dreadful. They've said it's by design, so now I'm questioning whether or not to keep it. Half the sites we use won't accept a passphrase that long, so it's very difficult to manually shorten each password.
If you're counting on it to auto-fill a credit card for airplane wifi, know that unlocking the vault needs network access :(
- Rated 1 out of 5by Tim Elam, a month agoVersion: 2024.12.3 is a visual and usability nightmare. So many more clicks to do what was 1 click, and the small fill box is awful. It is so frustrating to use now. Was 5 stars because it's Bitwarden, but now minus 4 stars because of the poor user experience. I have version 2024.12.3 and there is not an option to restore previous layout under Settings > Appearance.
Previous review: I love this extension. Please do not update it to look like the disastrous mess of a turd like the Chrome and Edge extensions. I would like to the have the option of vault timeout on system lock. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18608524, a month ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by S.H, a month agoHave started using today. While password generation is consistently doable not like the Firefox built-in, theres way too many disgusting inconveniences, such as:
1: When updating password and the old one is required, it overwrites either the old or new one, so I have to copy/paste either one
2: (Particularly) when deleting password a confirmation pop-up always appears, though its not a permanent deletion (it only sends to Trash folder)
3: When re-generating password by pressing the recycle button, the method pop-up always appears though its already set (Takes extra time for 0 reason)
4: Shows passwords in Trash folder as an autofill option
5: Cant hover folders
6: When trying to edit passwords, I have to press twice: View then Edit. Bothering
Literally overrated. Looking for replacement
Update: After using a few days I began to feel like its not that bad. Customizable password generation and being able to use folders (Firefox cant) is at least neat. - Rated 5 out of 5by nico, a month ago
