- Rated 1 out of 5by Calen, 7 years agoBrowsec VPN does not work! I added this extension to watch World Cup action streamed live from the U.K., but even when a U.K. server is selected, I still could not view anything. Then, when I tried to download a file, the source could still see my U.S. IP address.

- Rated 1 out of 5by ildus, 7 years agoНе работает, если выход в интернет осуществляется из локальной сети через собственный прокси-сервер организации, то есть расширение не умеет соединяться со своими прокси VPN серверами через прокси, прописанный в настройках браузера. Расширение пытается ломиться в интернет напрямую, а не через прокси. Расширение не умеет соединяться с прокси через прокси.
---
It does not work if the Internet is accessed from the local network through the proxy server of the organization, that is, the extension does not know how to connect to its proxy VPN servers through the proxy registered in the browser settings. The extension tries to ramify to the Internet directly, and not through a proxy. The extension does not know how to connect to the VPN proxy through a proxy. Developer response
posted 7 years agoHi,
Browsec doesn't add any redirects. It also doesn't cancel or modify your requests in any way.
