For the first issue, you can simple click panel to open the existing extension panel, and go back by click on go back button. No need to mess with windows.
Memories are added in your messages, unfortunately that's as hidden as it can be with this version.
I checked the formatting bug. It's a character.ai bug on Firefox, happens regardless if the extension is enabled or not.
