I picked up this extension at the recommendation of my VPN service. While I cant really tell if its working (I'll assume it is), it doesnt seem to negatively impact FF's performance.
The developer had the good foresight to listen to Mozilla and update their add-on, before the final release of Firefox 57. As a result, it is completely compatible.
