- Rated 5 out of 5by Snake_Wildlife, 4 years agoI love this addon but please, re-release this on Android. It used to work on android a long time ago and it is sorely missed. The cookie-warning's are so much worse on smartphones and nobody else is stepping in to fix the issue.
I beg of you to come back to Android.Developer response
posted 4 years agoIt doesn't work on Firefox because Firefox decided to drop general extension support. They allow only a couple of handpicked extensions for now. Firefox Nightly allows installing extensions though, primarily for testing, but the procedure is a bit complicated. I tried it and it works well: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2020/09/29/expanded-extension-support-in-firefox-for-android-nightly/ - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16901701, 4 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by ezgilila, 4 years agoFrom the developer's website: "When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you, sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do."). There's no mention of this here on the add-on page at all. I think it would be helpful if the developer outlined this clearly here and told us what kind of cookies are accepted. Accepting all cookies is simply a no-go for me (I'm well aware it's the "easier" thing to do) so I've removed it again.

Best used with a cookie manager that automatically deletes cookies for all domains unless whitelisted e.g. Cookie AutoDelete. This way, if this add-on has to "accept all", then the cookies will be deleted after tab closes!
One suggestion: it would be useful to be able to whitelist a domain / subdomain directly from the "I dont care about cookies" icon, i.e. you visit a website and then clicking on the icon allows you to whitelist directly without having to enter into an editor like dialog.
Failing this, some examples of how to list domains in the whitelist window would help e.g. can one use *.amazon.* or *amazon* for all amazon related sites as for these I would not want cookies to be limited or deleted. And neither do I want to explicitly list 4-5 amazon website e.g. amazon.de, amazon.co.uk, amazon.com...Developer response
posted 4 years agoYou *can* whitelist it from extension's menu directly: the first line in that menu says "Disable extension on [current domain name]". - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 10718580, 4 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14791337, 4 years agoThis add on is everything i have been dreaming of. Not sure how the report cookie message option is supposed to work though. Just seems to open a blank page, anyway hopefully there getting reported but everything else on this addon is absolutely awesome.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Valtarien, 4 years agoFirst, this extension works as well as I need it to, so it performs up to expectations and I thus recommend it. I used to use the "Minimal Consent" (MC) extension, for the purposes this extension also proffers, but after reviewing the data collection practices on MC's privacy policy, I removed it immediately. Instead, for similar functionality, I use and recommend this extension. I very much appreciate any software package (including browser add-ons) that respect users' privacy and do not collect unnecessary data on them. These two facts make me highly recommend this extension! @Kiko: Thank you for your efforts and respecting your users!
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16867094, 4 years agoThat is a great extension, but how can I install it on android? AFAIK it's supposed to be available on this platform?
Edit: thanks for your reply, that sucks from Mozilla, but I appreciate your time.Developer response
