by bloodbuzz, 6 years agoFirst issue encountered today. Tried to change my email with Craigslist but was unable to.
Craigslist required confirmation from old and new email addresses. Old email address received the confirmation request and this was confirmed.
However, Firefox relay forwarded (as it is supposed to) the new "relay" email. So when I tried to confirm it, it only showed the old email to Craigslist.
I wonder if this issue will occur with other site that I want to change my email to the "relay" email?

- Rated 2 out of 5by Rochken, 12 days agoA good extension in theory, ive tried to like it and use it instead of the Duckduck Go version and and i just cant, purely because it just doesnt remove any trackers from the emails at all, literally none, i even tested this against DDG by signing up for a mail list once with DDG and once with Relay, DDG removed several trackers and Relay removed none, therefore it is essentially useless.

Either mozilla care about privacy or doesn't, but it has to make a clear choice.Developer response

I’d really appreciate it if the Relay extension could require fewer permissions to install. Ideally, it would work with minimal permissions and offer optional extra permissions for an improved UI. Right now I’m not comfortable granting “access to all website data.”Developer response

- Rated 5 out of 5by thedoctor, 2 months agoIt's a great addon. If you can add dark mode to the ui that would be great and also the phone mask feature can't be used in Türkiye, it would be really great if you can make accessible for us to buy premium access and use all the premium perks.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19471504, 2 months agoSign in pages for many websites don't work. A popup says this section cant be empty. In essence, you cant log into these pages. When i disabled the extension, the problem was resolved.
