Removed the "Censor Image With... -> Default" option from context menus and instead added a "Censor Image" option that does the same thing.
Fixed the options page not updating immediately after loading settings from a remote.
Fixed the first random censor preset configuration always being used from mixed censors regardless of selection.
Fixed censoring an image through the context menu not working if the extension was turned off.
Fixed saving an image with settings from the editor not adding the file extension to the name of the downloaded file.
