posted 4 years agoIs the extension preventing the site from working, or is it just not translating into it?

- Rated 4 out of 5by SlogleBG, 4 years agoIt's great! For the most part it translates instantly and has a great translate too.The only reason I am giving 4 stars insteed of 5 is because it's not perfect, sometimes it just doesn't want to translate, but overal, great add-on :)

- Rated 4 out of 5by mischkl, 4 years agoWorks very well. The only thing I'd like to see is: when the preference "Show the button to translate the selected text" is disabled, the functionality should still be reachable via an item in the context menu, so that I can right-click selected text to translate it. I have the button disabled because I find it distracting, but would still like to be able to translate small bits of text once in a while.
- Rated 4 out of 5by nescafeaccent, 4 years agoVery good extension that brings all the good stuff from the Google Chrome counterpart. Yet, I found a bug in the last update. If the option "Show the button to translate the selected text" is disabled, the context menu option to translate selected text won't work. Hoping this helps to bring a fix to it, thank you very much for such a good add-on.
Edit: by the way, I prefer how the icon on the url bar is now displayed, in gray tones rather than the blue icon. - Rated 5 out of 5by Jay, 4 years agoYou removed toolbar button in version 7.2?!! Are you serious? Is this supposed to be a joke?! It was very useful. Anyone could remove it by right click and removing from toolbar. Now I'm supposed to right click a web page every time and click translate? This is ridiculous! Bring back the toolbar button. And one more thing: I don't want the stupid pop up when selecting a text. You can make it optional in the options.

posted 4 years agoThere is also a button in the address bar, you may have hidden it. Anyway, I'm going to bring back the toolbar button. - Rated 5 out of 5by mvalles, 4 years agoIt would be great if the button to translate the selected text only appeared when a key is pressed, because it is annoying that it appears every time you select any text.

posted 4 years agoYou can hide this button in the settings. And I will also add a button to the context menu to translate the selected text. - Rated 5 out of 5by Hudhand, 4 years ago
