Being able to add more to the list if you choose to do so.
Being able to override many Global or Local Java script filter list to your own desired filters.
I found it to be a powerful and thorough available to all for free.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Elwin Ransom, 3 days agoYeah, I concur with Krisz86. Something glitched out on Facebook. I have to turn it off in Facebook in order to even see my feed. Just started on April 5th. Other than that, this is a great extension.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Krisz86, 4 days agoI've noticed a significant bug while using uBlock Origin on Facebook. In Facebook Groups, the "New Posts" sorting feature stopped working correctly, and many posts (especially text-only ones) were not showing up at all in the feed. Even though the sidebar indicated new activity, the main feed remained broken or stuck.
After some troubleshooting, I disabled uBlock Origin for Facebook, and the issue was immediately resolved-all posts appeared and the sorting worked again. It seems some cosmetic filters or scripts might be over-blocking essential Facebook Group elements. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 19829301, 4 days agoThank you for the great uBlock Origin extension. If configured correctly, I use four filters: EasyPrivacy, AdGuard/uBO – URL Tracking Protection, uBlock filters – Badware risks, and Malicious URL Blocklist. This allows me to block tracking without blocking ads, reduces device load, and doesn’t interfere with content creators earning from advertising.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Kel, 5 days agoI highly recommend it but i would very appreciate that there is an option to add a password option for editing the settings. I block certain websites but it's almost 2 clicks easy to disable it. This would prevent a child to have access to websites for exemple

- Rated 5 out of 5by Amaric, 7 days agoIn my opinion and experience this is the best free ad blocking service available. Very effective with little to none CPU load.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Tone, 7 days agoThe GOAT Firefox add-on. It's not just for blocking ads, it also goes a great job of blocking all sorts of cruft that has turned the Internet into a nightmare to use e.g. floating video windows, chatbots etc. I will never use the Internet without uBlock Origin ever again.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Gisa, 7 days agoUnusuable. There are no instructions of any kind. The UI is not any standard kind. Everything is hidden behind some inscrutable icon. All I want is a way to say "block this page", or to add a URL to a block list, but despite the vast multitude of icons and menus leading down endless rabbitholes, there are no options to block this page, or to add a URL to a block list, that I can find. Neither is there any provided blocklist, or info on where to find a good blocklist. This is possibly the worst user interface I've ever seen in nearly 50 years of using computers every day. It's like it was made by ancient Egyptians.
