If you encounter slow downloads, we recommend re-entering the URL and trying again—it often resolves the issue. We're actively working on upgrading our CDN data centers worldwide to improve speed and performance.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12286457, 3 months agoThis is thr ONLY video downloader I have found in Firefox that works and I've easily tried 10-15. The interface is clunky, requiring a cut-n-paste of the URL and sometimes the recommended retry is required. But worse, stats about the video are not displayed in the file manager after the video is downloaded. It seems to play but in the player, the total time is undisplayed. It's like having a corrupted video that is unindexed.

If you're using an Android or iPhone device, the extension might not be working as expected at the moment. We're currently working on an update to make the extension compatible with Android and iPhone devices. However, it is fully functional on desktop devices like Windows, Mac, and Linux.
