GetSwift is a one-click uploader for your GetSwift cloud storage at app.getswift.cloud.

WHAT IT DOES

• Right-click anywhere — image, video, audio, or any link — and pick "Save to GetSwift". The asset uploads through your account and a system notification confirms with a click-to-open share link.
• Toolbar popup with one-click "Quick Connect" linking — no copy-pasting tokens. (Or paste an API key manually if you prefer.)
• Recent uploads list inside the popup with copy + open-link buttons.
• Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+U opens the popup.
• Resilient: source fetches with timeouts, sequential storage writes, capped notification map (no memory leak across long sessions), notification IDs that can't collide, source bytes streamed directly to your storage.

SETUP

Option A (recommended): click the GetSwift toolbar icon → "Quick connect with my GetSwift account". The dashboard opens in a new tab, mints a long-lived upload-scoped key for the extension, and hands it back automatically. Done in 2 clicks.

Option B (manual): generate an API key at app.getswift.cloud → Dashboard → API Tokens with scope "upload" or "full". Paste it into the popup and click Save.

PRIVACY

GetSwift does not collect data about you. Your API key lives in browser.storage.local (your Firefox profile only) and is sent only to api.getswift.cloud — your own service. Uploaded asset bytes go directly to your GetSwift storage; nothing is logged or transmitted anywhere else.
