Better detection of code fields on authenticator app pages. A single 6- or 8-digit field labeled only “Code” or “Enter code” can now be filled without clicking it first, when the page clearly asks for the code from an authentication app and nothing nearby points to an SMS or email code, such as a delivery message, a send or resend button or a countdown. Automatic filling still needs your approval for the website and a clear account match. Visible fields in dialogs with rounded corners, such as those in Meta Accounts Center, are no longer ignored.

Firefox for Android 153 or later is now supported: open the extension from the browser's extension menu to view, copy and fill codes. Android has no extension keyboard shortcut.

Check “Autofill this account on this website” and click Fill. The code is filled, the account is remembered and the browser asks for access to the website; once you allow it, codes are filled automatically on every page of that website. Automatic filling is still off by default. Permissions now cover a whole website instead of a single page, and HTTP pages, including private network addresses, can be enabled too. On the official sign-in pages of common services such as PayPal, AWS and OpenAI, accounts are now matched by name. Code field detection better tells SMS and email codes apart from authenticator codes, so fewer codes go into the wrong field. A code is never filled into a page that has already been left or closed. On touch screens the popup has larger buttons and adapts to the screen. Updating does not change existing site permissions or enable offline use.

Better code field detection: when a page has a resend button, says the code was sent by SMS or email, or shows a "Send code" button next to the field, click the field before filling. This keeps TOTP codes out of SMS and email code fields.

Automatic fill runs at most once per page path per page load. HTTP pages on private network addresses can only be filled manually. In offline use, a clock check from the last 15 minutes is reused after the extension's background restarts.

Follow your browser language or choose one in Settings. The popup, settings, autofill prompts, errors, extension name and shortcut description are localized. Switching languages preserves searches, input and code state. Unsupported browser languages fall back to English.
