Works really well for the bestiary on 5e tools. Sadly, as the description states, does not work for anything else. Seems like it would be simple to adapt it to stuff like spells, though I don't have access to the source code (despite the license's legal guarantee to access (Mozilla Public License 2.0 section 3.2.a)) without any way to contact the author or a git repo or anything like that.

Expanding this to work for more than just the bestiary or providing the source code so someone else can would be great.

Also, for some reason some rolls won't work on a left click, and only work by opening a new tab for the dice link (I just middle click).
