Does what it says on the tin. I've not encountered any problems using it over the span of a couple of years.

Great little app for the hard of hearing like me! One click and your done. Does not distort the sound, which is a big plus, I use it for Firefox and have had no issues with it, so if you need an app to boost the sound this is a great choice.
