About this extension
Ad Limiter cleans up search results by showing only one ad per search result page. The one ad shown is selected based on SiteTruth business legitimacy ratings. Rating are also displayed for search results. Mouse over a rating icon, and a "dog tag" will appear, with business background information.
Ad Limiter works with Google, Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo. Google Maps, too.
You can set the number of ads you want to see on each search result page. (Yes, you can set it to zero.)

There is a Google Chrome version of this add-on, available through the Chrome Web Store.
Ad limiting is currently supported for Bing, Google, and Yahoo. (Blekko and DuckDuckGo have very few ads.) Search rating is supported for Bing, Blekko, DuckDuckGo, Google, and Yahoo.
Search rating (which requires communication with the SiteTruth server) is disabled in Private Browsing mode.
For Ad Limiter versions prior to 1.4, the rating icons will sometimes not appear for a search result page. Refreshing the page will usually make the icons appear.
