posted 3 years agoHi, We're sorry to hear you continued to see ads after installing AdBlock. It may be you needed to disable the Acceptable Ads filter list or make another simple adjustment which you can find in this article: https://help.getadblock.com/support/solutions/articles/6000061202. If you decide to try AdBlock again and need our help, contact us at help@getadblock.com (be sure to include your debug data: https://help.getadblock.com/support/solutions/articles/6000087856) and we will be happy to take a closer look. --AdBlock Support - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14030674, 3 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by crgzero, 3 years agoI've been using this for a very long time but lately many websites have started fighting back and making a popup on the page that won't let you interact with anything because of adblock suggesting I disable it. I'm still giving it 5 stars but it would be epic if something could be done about that. I've tried other apps as well designed to prevent that non-sense but so far nothin' works.

posted 3 years agoHi, Typically in these situations one of the filter lists creates the issue. To access the filter lists, click on the AdBlock icon in the browser toolbar > Options (gear symbol) > Filter Lists. To test this, you'll need to turn off each filter list one-by-one until you find the one creating the issue. After deselecting a filter list, make sure to reload the page to ensure it takes effect. Once you've determined the problematic filter list, please see this article: https://help.getadblock.com/support/solutions/articles/6000067137-how-can-i-contact-the-filter-list-authors-to-report-unblocked-ads-or-a-list-problem-. If this doesn't help, please reach out to us at help@getadblock.com and we'll be happy to assist you. --AdBlock Support - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 17356182, 3 years ago
