AdBlocker Ultimate works very effectively at keeping ads from popping up all over the place. I've had it for some time and it works so well, I tend to forget it's even there. The only issues I've had are with sites that detect I'm using an ad blocker and want me to disable it. Sometimes you can continue anyhow, but other times they try to block you from viewing the content until you disable your blocker. But that has nothing to do with AdBlocker's effectiveness. As far as what it does, I just don't see all that junk on my page like before. My pages load much faster!
