PRIVACYBELEID ADIMUS (Firefox-extensie)

Waar de extensie werkt: alleen op de OVAM-asbestinventaristoepassing (asbestinventaris.ovam.be en de oefen- en opleidingsomgevingen). Ze praat alleen met de Adimus-server (api.adimus.be).

Wat de extensie leest op OVAM: de fiches die je opslaat of genereert, de fiches van de inventaris die je met de Scanner inleest, en je aanmelding bij OVAM om in jouw naam fiches te maken. Die OVAM-aanmelding blijft in je browser en gaat nooit naar Adimus.

Wat de extensie naar Adimus stuurt: je e-mailadres en wachtwoord bij het aanmelden, en je fichebibliotheek om ze tussen je toestellen te synchroniseren. Fiches bevatten wat jij erin zet, soms ook adres- of materiaalgegevens van een pand. Niets anders: geen surfgeschiedenis, geen inhoud van andere websites.

Wat op je toestel blijft: je Adimus-sessie, je e-mailadres, een kopie van je bibliotheek en je voorkeuren. Afmelden wist de sessie; de extensie verwijderen wist de rest.

De extensie bevat geen analyse, tracking of advertenties en laadt geen code of lettertypes van buitenaf.

Op de server: je gegevens staan bij Cloudflare in een datacenter in West-Europa. Sessies en beveiligingslogs bevatten je IP-adres. Je kunt al je gegevens downloaden of je account verwijderen in je instellingen op app.adimus.be; na 30 dagen wordt alles definitief gewist.

Adimus is offered by Studio XL, trade name of Betül Kapusuz (sole proprietorship), Rue des Mélèzes 93, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1030.705.667. Contact: info@adimus.be.

Scope: the extension only runs on the OVAM asbestos-inventory application (asbestinventaris.ovam.be and its practice and training environments) and only communicates with Adimus's server (api.adimus.be).

Read on OVAM: the fiches the user saves or generates, the fiches of an inventory the user scans, and the user's OVAM session in order to create fiches on their behalf. The OVAM session stays in the browser and is never sent to Adimus.

Sent to Adimus: the user's email and password at sign-in, and their fiche library to sync it across devices (fiches may contain address or material details the user entered). Nothing else: no browsing history, no content of other websites.

Stored on the device: the Adimus session, the email address, a cached copy of the library and preferences. Signing out clears the session; removing the extension removes the rest.

The extension contains no analytics, tracking or advertising, and loads no remote code or fonts.

Server side: data is stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe. Sign-in sessions and security logs contain the IP address. Users can export all their data or delete their account in their settings at app.adimus.be; after 30 days everything is permanently erased.
