Sources of Personal Data

Public and licensed datasets: open web, licensed data providers, permissible third-party sources. Temporary security-screening datasets: used with strict TTL policies. Public breaches / leaks: if included, data is immediately pseudonymized, filtered, and de-identified. No GDPR-region personal data unless explicitly compliant. We apply k-anonymity + noise to prevent re-identification.
Information We Collect & Process

User data: email, name, company, billing details, support messages. API inputs: hashed identifiers (email, phone, social IDs). Only de-identified signals are returned. Raw PII is not stored. Technical logs: IP, device, browser type, usage metrics. Public data: usernames, profile URLs, bios — refreshed or deleted after 6 months.
How We Use Data

To deliver and improve Aidenix services. To authenticate and secure access. To generate de-identified insights for clients. To support anti-fraud and risk scoring. To provide support, updates, and product improvements. To comply with legal obligations.
Role of the Parties

Aidenix (Aidenix, Inc.) = Processor. Clients = Controllers, responsible for lawful data use.
Data Retention

Account data: stored while active or legally required. API inputs: ephemeral, deleted ≤24h. Logs: retained up to 12 months. Publicly aggregated data: refreshed or removed after 6 months.
Sharing & Disclosure

No PII shared for marketing. Limited access for service providers under confidentiality. Legal compliance if required by subpoena or government request. Use of Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).
How We Protect Data

Hashing, pseudonymization, and de-identification. k-anonymity + noise models. Encryption in transit and at rest. SOC2-ready security framework. TTL-based auto-deletion of sensitive data.
Individual Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: - Access, correct, or delete your data. - Restrict or object to processing. - Request portability. - Opt-out via client DSAR process. - File a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests: privacy@aidenix.com. Response within one month.
Security
