Privacy policy of the AloZen browser extension

What the extension is for
The extension has a single purpose: it hands your login to exactly one web program over from your own browser to your business's browser at AloZen, so that your AloZen assistant can work in that program for your business. AloZen never sees your password.
When it reads data
Only after you open an AloZen login link (dashboard.alozen.de/b/…) in this browser, only for the program that link is for, and only while the link is valid (60 minutes) and the browser is open. Without such a link the extension sends and stores nothing.
Which data
The cookies of that one program (name, value, domain, path, expiry and security flags): the data the program uses to keep you logged in.
That program's local storage (localStorage) in the tab the link opened.
The extension does not read passwords, form fields, your browsing history or any other website.
Where the data goes
The extension sends this data encrypted to AloZen's server (dashboard.alozen.de, run on Cloudflare). The server stores it in your business's browser profile, which AloZen runs at Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Browser, Frankfurt region). Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services act as AloZen's processors. The data is not shared with anyone else, not sold, and not used for advertising, profiling or creditworthiness.
What stays in the browser
The extension's session storage holds only the link, the program, the tab and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the last hand-over, so the same login is not sent twice. It is cleared when you close the browser.
Retention and your rights
The login stays in your business's browser profile, so your assistant can keep working later without a new link, until your business asks for it to be deleted or stops using AloZen. Ask for access, correction or deletion at datenschutz@alozen.de. You can remove the extension at any time. The use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
