Always Visible Time Tooltips by emmakat

Sites like Reddit display the relative time, i.e., 1 year ago, and only display the actual posting time if you hover over the relative time. The time tag contains the datetime attribute however, and so I designed this extension to display the timestamp as though you were hovering over it with your cursor. Currently it displays Pacific Time, but in the future it will be configurable for UTC or any other time zone.
