Aora WACRM turns WhatsApp Web into a simple CRM. Keep your contacts, pipeline, notes, and follow-ups next to your chats, so nothing gets lost.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Contacts and pipeline
• Save a contact from any chat with a name, company, email, country, tags and a deal value.
• Move contacts through pipeline stages and see them in custom tabs next to your chat list.
• Add notes and keep a timeline for every contact.
• Import contacts from a CSV file and export them to CSV when you need to.

Follow-ups
• Set reminders and tasks for a contact and get a notification when one is due.
• Add a follow-up to your calendar.

Faster replies
• Quick replies with shortcodes such as {name} and {company}, so one message fits every contact.
• Auto replies triggered by keywords, limited to the days you choose, with optional attachments.
• Scheduled messages, including repeating ones, and broadcast messages with an attachment and a safe delay between recipients.

Translation and AI (included in some plans)
• Translate a message in the chat, or turn on automatic translation.
• Use an AI assistant that answers from your own business information.

Connections
• Send data to 3rd party CRM

Teams
• Sign in to your WACRM account to share contacts, templates and settings with your team on every device.

Privacy options
• Blur names, photos, and message text on screen when someone is looking over your shoulder.

PRIVACY
Your contact notes, pipeline and settings are kept in your browser. When you sign in to your WACRM account, they are synced to your workspace so your team can use them. GOOD TO KNOW
• Some features, such as AI, translation, broadcasts and integrations, depend on your plan.
• Keep WhatsApp Web open for reminders, auto replies, and scheduled messages to run.
• Send messages only to people who expect to hear from you. Aora WACRM is not responsible for number blocking or banning by WhatsApp.
