Ape Law VASP Verify checks whether the website in your current tab has been linked to a legal entity in the Ape Law UAE VASP Licence Tracker.

The add-on is developed and maintained by Ape Law.

When there is a match, the add-on shows the associated UAE legal entity, licence details, permitted activities, status information and a link to the official regulator source. The hostname check happens on your device. The website you check is not sent to Ape Law.

The add-on covers reviewed records from VARA, ADGM FSRA, DIFC DFSA, the Central Bank of the UAE and the Capital Market Authority. A bundled tracker snapshot is available without a network connection.

If you permit optional technical data transmission in Firefox, the add-on can download an updated copy of the fixed public tracker index from tracker.ape.law. That request does not contain the hostname you are checking.

No match does not mean that a website or its operator is unlicensed. A business may use another domain, records may have changed, or a website relationship may still require review. A licence may also apply only to particular legal entities, activities or jurisdictions.
