ATS Engine - Recruiters privacy policy

What the add-on sends, and when
The add-on only sends data to ATS Engine (api.ats-engine.com), only when you press a button, and only while you are connected to your own ATS Engine account:
- When you press Capture job: the job advert page you are on, so ATS Engine can read the vacancy. Saving it adds the vacancy to your organisation's desk.
- When you use Match my database, Advert Health or vacancy intelligence: the vacancy's ID, to run those checks in ATS Engine.
- ATS Engine Professional only - when you choose to add a candidate from another site: the page you are on and the candidate details you confirm, to add that person to your organisation's Talent Pool. Nothing is added until you confirm it, and every capture is recorded in your organisation's audit log. Sites whose terms forbid reading their pages automatically, such as LinkedIn, are refused.
ATS Engine uses an AI service provider to read pages and adverts; nothing is sold or used for advertising.

What stays in your browser
Your connection to ATS Engine (a token that can only reach the add-on's own features, expires after 30 days and can be disconnected in ATS Engine Settings), and your name and email to show who is connected.

What it does not do
It reads a page only when you ask it to. It does not track your browsing, read other pages or tabs, collect passwords, or type anything into forms. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

Data in ATS Engine, including candidates added through the add-on, is covered by the ATS Engine privacy policy at www.ats-engine.com/privacy. Your organisation is responsible for the candidates it adds, as it is for candidates added in the app.
