• Neue Staffelbeträge ab Erhebungsjahr 2025 — Rechnet mit 155, 275, 405 und 815 Euro je Monat statt mit den alten 140, 245, 360 und 720 Euro.
• Sonderregelung für kleinere Arbeitgeber — Deckelt den Satz für Betriebe unter 40 Arbeitsplätzen auf 155 oder 235 Euro und für 40 bis unter 60 auf 155, 275 oder 465 Euro.
• Rundung der Pflichtarbeitsplätze — Rundet Bruchteile ab 0,5 auf, bei weniger als 60 Arbeitsplätzen dagegen ab (§ 157 SGB IX).
• Säumniszuschlag — Rechnet 1 Prozent des rückständigen Betrags je angefangenem Monat nach dem 31. März.
• Frist und Bußgeldrisiko — Zeigt die Anzeige- und Zahlungsfrist 31.03.2026 und weist auf das Bußgeld bis 10.000 Euro nach § 238 SGB IX hin.
