I only use FreeBSD and GNU/Linux boxes for day to day work, including professional work.
With my work place mandating MFA/2FA I was hard pressed to find a solution for this and many people doubted that I could get it working without a smart phone.
This was Chromium only extension before and now on Firefox! Works like charm on both. Hopefully this will work on Seamonkey too without issues in the future as it is one of the browsers I use.

posted 6 years agoThanks for the review! Authenticator does not work on SeaMonkey due to the fact that SeaMonkey does not have WebExtensions support at the moment. If support for WebExtensions is implemented in SeaMonkey and Authenticator doesn't work properly open a bug and I'll look into making it compatible for you.

posted 6 years agoAll we do is send a HEAD request to Google, so no user data is sent (including cookies). It's pretty much the same as opening Google, just without downloading any parts of the page. Source code here:
