Auto Wipe does not use a build process, minification, obfuscation, remote code, or third-party JavaScript libraries. The submitted package contains the complete human-readable source code required to run the extension.

The extension operates entirely through Firefox WebExtension APIs. The browsingData permission is used only to remove the data categories explicitly selected by the user. The storage permission stores extension preferences and the latest cleanup status. The alarms permission is used only for the optional hourly, daily, or weekly automatic cleanup feature.

No browsing data is collected or transmitted to external servers. There are no analytics, advertising systems, telemetry services, external APIs, or user accounts.

Download-history cleanup removes entries from Firefox's download list only and does not delete files from disk.
