BadgeHQ for Twitch collects nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. It downloads public badge lists from badgehq.xyz, chatterinohomies.com, itzalex.github.io and api.moltorino.com, and loads the public BadgeHQ profile of the person whose Twitch user card you open (the request contains only that Twitch username). Settings stay in your browser. Full policy: https://www.badgehq.xyz/extension/privacy
