Since the websites that have problematic banners don't have top/side bars that are useful, it doesn't matter ON THEM. But on sites (like reddit for example) that have useful top/search/sidebars, this extension gets in the way, especially since there's nothing needing to be blocked...
...yes, I can turn it off with a click, but doing that with almost every site is ridiculous. What would be good is if it could be OFF by default and ENABLED WITH CLICK (the opposite of what it does now). Then it can be turned on if needed. This would make it useable and helpful.
Unfortunately now, the only solution to my problem is to uninstall. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15996364, 5 years agoIt can help very much bacause it removes many arguing banners but also removes important content like log-in bars, video play buttons and even Paypal communication to the website after you've paid (e.g. gog.com)...
When these bugs get solved this could be the add-on of the decade - so please improve the code. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14072894, 6 years agoIsn't very useful, as it miss blocked my S3.Translator popup and other extension customized button on the page, even when I toggled it not to hide. I could even see the process of how this extension hide them, they were opened, then they just dimmed out. Only after disabled this would they showed.
