https://www.beamng.com/forums/*
Connects to local BeamNG-Manager bridge over loopback (http://127.0.0.1/*).
Receives and executes validated open-page commands for BeamNG resource/forum URLs.
Provides options for bridge port, poll interval, reconnect, and extension/manager version compatibility check.
