by Firefox user 18265736, a year agoSuddenly stopped working, wrote the support about this. They responded, that this plugin is not official supported and denied any further investigation. Bitwarden just lost a selling point here.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17426555, 36 minutes agoBeen using bitwarden for years, but the last update has left me questioning whether I will renew next year. The new UI is absolutely terrible. If you insist on using this new layout, please include an option for those of us who want it to restore the functional UI
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17138757, 40 minutes agoNew update makes UI/UX really bad. Form filling stopped working altogether. Please bring back form filling and remove clutter and too many options from UI

- Rated 4 out of 5by John Mais, 3 hours agoMy favorite app and extension. But please, restore the previous UI — it was soo much better and intuitive.
Otherwise, it's a great password manager, thank you! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18767687, 5 hours agoBad UI and UX after new update. New design wastes too much space, it takes more clicks to achieve the same objectives, muscle memory from years of use is completely destroyed. I feel the design enforces a single type of user's preferences and disregards the rest as can be seen by the hugely negative feedback on here and reddit.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Mraedis, 7 hours agoWould be 4 or 5 stars but the recent UI changes made it slower to use (more clicks) which for a tool you use a lot makes zero sense.
- Rated 1 out of 5by unmog, 8 hours agoYou broke it. Never NEVER do form over function for critical systems like password management. There is not even any improvements I have noticed just different. At a minimum change the fill to not be a tiny stupid button but the whole login card and make edit be the little button if anything.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18767257, 13 hours agoDecent on desktop, basically broken on android. I wanted to try out a more secure way of storing my passwords, but Bitwarden is inconvenient to use.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12394899, a day agoI'm sorry, but the last redesign is so awful I almost want to switch to another app. I tried to make myself love it but I cant. Please, undo it to the old one.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15958306, 2 days agoLay out is ugly and very 'DOS 1990', but as far as I can judge now, system as such is safe.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12899142, 2 days agoThis app has fabulous for years, but there was a HUGE UI DOWNGRADE in late 2024 and it takes many clicks now to just get logged into a site. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE UI change and I hate it!!! PLEASE, change it back!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14772570, 2 days agoupdated few days ago... they add fill button, if you click the row dont autofill anymore its entering edit mode!, Why Bitwarden? now have to aim that tiny fill button? i dont undertand why you did that.
- Rated 1 out of 5by snickss, 2 days agoThe new redesign sucks. An extra click now to copy the same details? What was wrong with it before? At least the search sucks slightly less, I mean, sooo intuitive to type ">+word +secondword" to get the right item to the top of the list instead of just "word secondword"
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17846665, 2 days agoThe redesign pissed me off with the new fill button functionality. I edit things once in a while, and fill fields every day multiple times. The default behavior should be to fill when clicking, and have an edit button.
- Rated 1 out of 5by wimg, 3 days agoThe old Firefox extension was great. Snappy response, loaded right away, loaded in fields right away.
The new extension is slow on everything. It frustrates every single time you need a password, which for many people can be up to 100 times per day, that's 100 frustrating moments per day caused by your new version.
Fix the slow behaviour or bring back the old version or you will simply lose paying customers.
