The recent UI update delegates the "Fill" action to a small button instead of just pressing on the item, whereas the old UI had this small button to open the item information that you rarely use, which the new UI delegates to pressing on the item to open item information. At least you can get the old quick items back by going to an obscure appearance settings page to toggle the good UI back.
