Block Unicode domains by Catshelf
To protect users from URL spoofing, issue a warning if the domain string is Unicode.

About this extension
* This add-on protects against malware sites that spoof domain names in Unicode.
* When Unicode domain name URL was blocked, show 'BLK' badge.
* Clicking the icon, show 'Off' badge and suspends the block for one minute.
(Restart function after 1 minute to avoid forgetting to turn it back on.)
