Version 1.1.0 — 14 October 2026

Blox Motion does not collect, transmit or sell personal information, Roblox account information, browsing history, analytics, telemetry or uploaded media. There are no advertisements, third-party scripts, remote media downloads or accounts.

Settings, favorite scene IDs and the custom background catalog are stored with Firefox's local extension storage. Custom GIF/video bytes are stored in the extension's IndexedDB in the current Firefox profile. They are used locally to render your selected backdrop. The extension does not send these files to Roblox or any other service.

The extension is allowed to run on https://www.roblox.com/* to insert the background and apply styling. It observes top-level DOM child changes so its own background can survive site navigation. It does not read cookies, login credentials, chat messages, purchases, private account information or page contents for collection. It requests storage for settings and unlimitedStorage for locally stored full-HD uploads. It does not request access to every website, browser history or passwords.

You can delete uploaded backgrounds in the studio. Remove the extension through Firefox's Add-ons Manager to remove its functionality. Firefox controls the lifetime of extension data; keep separate copies of any media you want to retain. Local files do not automatically sync between computers.

Clicking Open Roblox visits Roblox directly under Roblox's own privacy policies. The studio preview shows the selected background only; it does not request or display your real Roblox account details.
