Bug fix, the backup from cache had a typo, breaking all backup functions.

• Settings page order: Account, Processing settings, Maintenance, Exclude list, Protected profiles, Quick unblock / unmute, Queue + Log.
• Checkboxes use a fixed light-blue accent colour, so they look the same regardless of the desktop/Firefox theme.

• New: Maintenance → Backup → "Import backed up blocklist". Loads a backup file straight into the local blocked/muted lists (no network, no waiting). Does not block anyone.
• Panel not showing: Firefox leaves site access to bsky.app / bsky.social switched off for many installs. The settings page and toolbar popup now show a "Grant access to Bluesky" button whenever it is missing.
• Hang fixes: every request (including login and session refresh) now times out after 30 s and retries instead of stalling forever; the status shows "Waiting on Bluesky… (retrying)"; session refreshes are shared and retried.
• Crash safety: the queue now records each handled account as it goes, so an extension update or browser close mid-batch no longer causes up to 25 accounts to be redone (no duplicate blocks). Two queue ticks can no longer overlap, and stale status text is cleared on start-up.

V3.0 — since V2

Fixed "unblock followers of X" queuing nothing (or worse, seemingly making things worse): turned out Bluesky hides your blocked/muted accounts from lists you view, including other people's followers — so the old approach couldn't ever see them. Now it works the right way: check your own block/mute list against the target directly.
Feed/thread "undo" removed where it can't be made reliable (same hidden-account issue, no fix available there) — panel now points you to Quick Unblock or Unblock ALL instead of silently doing nothing.
Fixed a crash ("handle must be a valid handle") in the above unblock flow.
Queue view split into Start/End, both collapsible — you can finally see recently-added accounts, not just what's about to process.
Panel no longer overlaps thread replies when showing a result.
Added a one-click shortcut to Bluesky's app-password page (full auto-login intentionally not built — would require handling your real password).
Minor text cleanup on the settings page.
