Quick Start Instructions:
  1. right click on a bookmark folder
  2. in the "Bookmark Branch Porter" context menu use the export/import options
  3. to remove/hide the context, just disable the addon
  4. note: tags, keywords and creation time are not included, because of technical limitations by the browser
