How do I import my backup from SpeedDial.html or CurrentSettings.speeddial?

This extension just wrapping on bookmarks (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+Shift+B) like Fast Dial or Quick Dial. You can just use some another Dials for this (as i know, Speed Dial [FVD] and Group Speed Dial supported this).
