Lay out and options of are great and love the fact it is my opening screen. Thanks developer for keeping it simple, organized, and functional!!!

Can I make changes this page contents.html (except CSS)? Where is it? Or is it generated automatically?
How do I make a page open in new tabs?
-----------
Хорошее дополнение!
Возможно ли изменить исходный код contents.html (кроме CSS)? Где находится этот файл или он генерируется автоматически?
Возможно ли сделать, чтобы эта страница открывалась в новых вкладках?Developer response

Open a new tab, and enter the above URL. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13485580, 7 years ago

Could you please tell me how to customize the search bar ?
I tried changing css, but nothing seems changing.
It would be nice to be able to edit this css, and have an option to keep the search bar opened, or not.
Thank you !
EDIT#####
I managed to change it with the !important trick :
My CSS :
#search-bar{
background: #222 !important;
background-image: none;
background-repeat: repeat;
background-attachment: scroll;
background-clip: border-box;
background-origin: padding-box;
background-position-x: 0%;
background-position-y: 0%;
background-size: auto auto;
display:block !important;
border:none !important;
}
#top_bar{
display:none !important;
border:none !important;
}
#search-clr
{display:none !important;
border:none !important;
}
#search-box {
background-color: #262626;
border: 1px solid #333;
padding: 5px;
color: #fff;
border-radius: 15px;
-moz-border-radius: 15px;
-webkit-border-radius: 15px;
}
EDIT # 2 ########
The URL of the extension is always changing.
As I set BookmarksHome as home page, the result is a blank page when the address changes.
Another plug-in I use opens my home page when charging a new tab... So it opens BookmarksHome .
I have to go to Firefox parameters to set the new address every time it changes...
Is there a way to have a fixed address ?Developer response

I will consider the correspondence. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13474404, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Sean Ryan, 7 years agoI've been hunting a long time for an extension which will tell me the containing folder when I search bookmarks - this does it! With the option "Use the breadcrumb folder title" set, I do a standard Firefox "find" on the BookmarksHome page, and immediately see the containing folder and full folder trail in the container's title bar. I think if you made mention of that feature in the overview, more users would find their way to this brilliant extension.
I'm impressed at how neat and clear the BookmarksHome page is and how fast it is rendered.
Feature Request1: For the BookmarksHome context sub-menu, add an entry "Options..." which will bring up the Firefox "BookmarksHome - Preferences" page i.e. moz-extension://..../options.html
Feature Request2: Provide a Preference option to display the Keyword (if present) for each Bookmark Name. Suggest that it can simply follow the Name text (doesn't need a column) e.g.
Amazon [am]
Google Search [gs]
I would prefer the Keyword to be surrounded by the [] characters so that it is easily recognised as a Keyword, rather than using brackets () which are more likely to appear in Bookmark Name text and which you also currently use for bookmarks stored without a Name i.e. "(no title)". I expect I would track/search my Keywords by doing a standard Firefox "find" for the character "[". Showing the Keyword will be very helpful because even the in-built Firefox Bookmarks Library does not have a column for Keyword and you can't search for Keywords: you only can see it when you click on "More" after selecting an individual bookmark.
Many thanks to the developer for your hard work. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12361779, 7 years agoExcellent add-on. Please add the style sheet ability to increase the vertical spacing, between folders, in each column. Any additional style sheet options would be great. Thanks.

EDIT: Will be great have the possibility to store different CSS styles. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13561899, 7 years agoHow do I access the formatted bookmarks page now? about:mybookmarks doesn't work anymore, I also tried about:bookmarkshome.
Other then that, best bookmarks add-on on the internet. - Rated 5 out of 5by Tony Murray, 7 years agoVery useful extension, especially to organize many bookmarks.
Could maybe add option for more columns (max 5 at present) - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13485890, 7 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12685392, 7 years ago以前のバージョンである「MyBookmarks」の時代からずっと使っている。

Would it be possible to make it an option to open links in the same window instead of using hard coded target="_blank"? - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13441603, 7 years agothanks for your work, please do not give up ....

- Rated 5 out of 5by T.Caesens, 7 years agoWhat does BookmarksHome offer me?
Well I have literally hundreds of bookmarks stored in FF, neatly organized in folders, but getting to the ones I use regularly required me to go (painfully) though that folder structure (try to get to the third level in the folder structure without at least once miss it!).
No longer with BookmarksHome: one click on the BookmarksHome-icon and a browser-tab is opened with my favorite bookmarks. I typically have 4-5 bookmark-folders that I'm using regularly (e-mails, bankaccounts, search-engines, etc.).
Through the 'options' of the extension-settings I can activate those folders (at the bottom of the settings-window).
Once done that the bookmarkshome-icon opens a tab displaying these bookmark-folders with all bookmarks they contain.
I now only need two clicks to access my bank-account webpage.
Try it!
I guarantee you that you'll get addicted to this simple extension.
Note:
My life has been so good the last 15 years( or so) because everyday I enjoyed a simple Firefox add-on called MyBookmarks.
However a couple of days ago it turned out that the add-on is no longer supported in the latest versions of FF.
This extension is replacing that add-on and doing exactly what I was using in the (obsolete) add-on.
Ah, I'm so happy that this extension is now available!
