Briteinno Whatsapp Manager by Briteinno

Briteinno Customer Manager turns WhatsApp Web into a lightweight, private CRM. Save client numbers, organise them with custom labels and manage everything from a professional dashboard, all stored locally in your browser.

Inside WhatsApp Web
- A small floating button opens a side panel on the same screen.
- The phone number, name and country are filled in automatically from the open chat. This works for unsaved contacts, saved contacts, business accounts and people who use an @username.
- Add colour-coded labels, a status (New, Contacted, Interested, Client and more), a follow-up date and notes, then save.

Dashboard
- Search, filter by label, country or status, and sort any column.
- Add, edit, bulk-label and bulk-update contacts.
- Label manager, dark and light theme, and quick stats.
- Country and flag detected automatically from the country code, with manual override.

Export, import and backup
- Export to Excel (.xlsx), CSV or TXT (all, filtered or selected contacts).
- Import contacts from CSV.
- Full JSON backup and restore, plus automatic daily snapshots.
- Deleted contacts go to Trash first, so nothing is lost by accident.

Privacy first
All data is stored only in your browser (extension storage). Nothing is uploaded, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking.

This is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
