About this extension
BulkBooks adds the bulk actions Xero doesn't have.
If you look after invoices in Xero, you know the routine: open an invoice, change the due date, save, go back, open the next one. BulkBooks lets you select many invoices at once and update them together.
FREE
- Multi-select: tick rows with Xero's own checkboxes, or shift-click a range / Ctrl-click single rows on invoice, bill and contact lists. Xero's own Approve, Delete and Print buttons follow your selection.
- Quick filter: type to filter the list you are looking at, instantly, without reloading.
- Reconciliation progress: see how many bank statement lines are left to reconcile.
PRO ($15/month or $120/year, up to 2 browsers)
- Bulk edit: set a new due date or reference on every selected draft invoice in one go.
- Find & replace: replace text in the references and line descriptions of selected invoices. Invoices without a match are left untouched.
SAFE BY DESIGN
- Uses Xero's own invoice editor, one invoice at a time, exactly as you would by hand, then confirms each change against Xero's list.
- Asks you to confirm before any change. Approved invoices, which Xero does not allow to be edited, are skipped and reported.
- Your invoices stay in Xero. BulkBooks never sends your accounting data anywhere. Only your licence is checked, and only after you agree in Firefox's own prompt.
