We use a third party service provider to facilitate the collection of your FI account data from your FIs, including, but not limited to, accessing your FI account data, including financial transaction data, balances, and activity, and retrieving your FI account data from such third party financial institutions. Plaid Technologies, Inc.
Buoy Up uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to gather End User's data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant Buoy Up and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.
Stripe
Company uses Stripe Inc., d/b/a “Stripe” as its third party service provider for payment services (e.g. card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services). By using Stripe to process your payment and by making use of some or all of these payment services, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions (available at https://stripe.com/terms along with its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy) and hereby consent and authorize us to delegate the authorizations and share the information you provide to us with our third party service provider(s) to the extent required to provide the payment services to you.
