broken again, still works in Chrome
update 2/2022 I've been using eno on FF ESR, but Mozilla ended support for the version of ESR I'm running, so I tried to install eno on the current release version of FF. As others have reported, it's completely broken, even with a capital one tab open with Adblock disabled. I don't understand why the 5-star Chrome version works perfectly and the FF version periodically fails completely.
I thought I was the only one having problems with signing in until I read all the other one-star reviews. The extension worked perfectly at first. Then I had to make an out-of-town trip and I made some changes in my contact info, but I never deleted my primary SMS phone. Now neither the extension nor online banking will recognize any of my contact numbers as legit and both online banking and eno completely lock me out after a couple tries at texting to a number that has been on file unchanged for a week. Tech support told me a) wait for the numbers to propogate through the system (they never did) and b) to uninstall and reinstall the extension, which made things even worse because uninstalling wiped out all the user data stored in my Firefox profile and since the extension doesn't recognize my contact phone, it became useless. I restored my Firefox profile from a backup to regain partial access to eno functionality but as I am locked out of the system, I have to wait 24 hours to see if I can get the extension working in Chrome. Tech support claims that the problem is that I'm using my spouse's phone (same billing address, different name), but after reading all the one-star reviews with the same issue, I'm thinking they don't actually know what the problem is.

- Rated 5 out of 5by iceui2, 7 months agothis is not perfect by any means, but no other credit card provider offers this service of being able to use a new virtual card for each merchant. So I'm giving this 5 stars.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Michael Sheldon, 9 months agoUsed to work, gradually became less and less reliable. works almost never now. Frequently stalls on login, retrieving card, etc. Will offer up a card for certain sites, then reject the transaction for being the wrong site. Finally just uninstalled it.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19016345, 10 months agoThis app is janky, and considering how much $$$ CapitalOne has at it's disposal, there no good excuse. It freezes up with every use. You need to keep signing into your Capital One account. And it doesn't auto-populate the newly created card into the online shop. You need to copy and paste it all manually from the CapitalOne website. It has not been updated for A WHOLE YEAR, so who knows if it's secure.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Luke, a year agoNever loads when you need it to. Just sits there saying it's trying to log in or trying to create a card. All I want to do is check out quickly, but I have to close firefox and reload everything in Chrome instead.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18024006, a year agoThis would be great if it worked more consistently. But I have to delete the Capital One cookies and restart my browser before using it all the time.
