Career Optima is your AI-powered job search assistant that removes friction from every step of your job application journey. Whether you're passively browsing job boards or actively pursuing opportunities, this extension helps you make smarter decisions, faster.

Key Features:
• Intelligent Job Evaluation - Automatically analyze any job posting against your resume and career criteria. Get instant ratings (Pursue/Possible/Pass), match scores, and detailed assessments including green flags, yellow flags, and compensation analysis. Understand exactly how each opportunity fits your career goals before investing time in an application.
• AI-Powered Cover Letters - Generate professional, personalized cover letters in seconds. The extension analyzes the job description, your background, and your writing style to create compelling, authentic letters that highlight your relevant achievements and stand out to hiring managers.
• Resume-Optimized Recommendations - Receive specific suggestions for reframing your resume to better match each job opportunity. The AI identifies which skills and experiences to highlight for maximum impact without fabricating experience.
• Job Application Tracking - Integrated application tracker helps you stay organized. Track companies, roles, status, salary ranges, and your notes in one centralized location. Never lose track of where you are in each hiring process.
• Works Everywhere - Seamlessly integrates with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and 100+ other job boards. Click the extension icon to evaluate the job you're viewing, then access all your materials and tracker with one click.
• Privacy-First Design - Your resume, criteria, and application materials stay on your device. No job postings are stored on external servers. The extension only communicates with AI services when you explicitly request an analysis.
