About this extension
Cenaly Digital Worker is a browser assistant for the small-business routine that lives
in systems without an API: filling the same supplier forms, moving leads into your CRM,
reading confirmations back into your account.
How it works:
Under your control by design:
Teach it by showing, not by programming:
Collect for your account, in the modes you start yourself:
A Cenaly account is required: the extension is the hands, your account is the head.
See the privacy policy for the exact list of what leaves the browser.
In Firefox the worker panel opens in the sidebar (or a separate window). Firefox 140 or later is required.
in systems without an API: filling the same supplier forms, moving leads into your CRM,
reading confirmations back into your account.
How it works:
- In your Cenaly admin panel, accept the terms and create a one-time connection code.
- Paste the connection string into the extension popup to pair this browser with your
account (the code is single-use and expires in 15 minutes). - Install a skill in your Cenaly account and describe the task there. A skill is data,
not code: a declarative list of steps that the extension's fixed interpreter runs. - Open the worker panel. The worker opens one visible tab and performs the steps at a
human pace, showing every step in a log, with Pause and Stop always available. - Results come back into your Cenaly account. Where the skill's risk class requires it, the
worker stops and asks you before doing anything irreversible.
Under your control by design:
- it works only while the panel is open, and only on the sites the installed skill
declares — access to each site is requested at runtime, by your click; - it never reads passwords or hidden fields, never touches your other tabs, never
downloads files and never executes code sent from a server; - if a site shows a captcha or your session expires, the worker stops and asks you —
it does not attempt to bypass anything.
Teach it by showing, not by programming:
- open the worker panel, press “Start training” and simply do the routine yourself — the
worker watches and does nothing on the page while you work; - tick “Spoken explanations” to also record what you say about it (“if the status is
pending, I confirm it”) — the reasons behind the clicks are what turn a recording into a
reusable skill; - your speech is sent to us only to be transcribed and is deleted once it is; the
microphone is opened when you start the recording and released when you stop it; - nothing is recorded silently: recording needs an explicit start, shows an indicator the
whole time, and never captures passwords, hidden fields or payment fields.
Collect for your account, in the modes you start yourself:
- Knowledge base & reviews — transfer the pages you choose from portals you are logged
into (supplier back-offices, intranets, help centres) into your private Cenaly knowledge
base, in a separate visible window with Pause and Stop; while the panel is open it also
reads the review pages about your business that you set up for review monitoring; - Move a shop — read the storefront of your own shop page by page, the way you see it,
and hand it to the Cenaly import.
