If you decide to log in to our separate site (cerefine.com), the extension will detect our first-party cookies in your browser, allowing the extension to store and access additional data from your account to enable more advanced features. First party cookies are only used if you choose to log in so that you can remain authenticated for longer durations. The extensions cookie access is restricted to only our domain, *.cerefine.com/.

A single host permission is used solely for the ability to override the default new tab page, in order to show the CEREFINE New Tab page in its place.
