ChatGPT to Obsidian Markdown turns ChatGPT conversations into organized, Obsidian-ready Markdown files.

Save the current conversation from ChatGPT with one click, or export multiple open conversations in one batch. The exporter preserves conversation titles, timestamps, message roles, source URLs, and message structure.

When enabled, generated images are downloaded into an images folder and file attachments into a files folder. Markdown links are updated automatically so the exported files work directly in Obsidian.

You can configure the local download folder and filename pattern to match your vault workflow. Exports are saved through the browser download system, and the extension supports Firefox Manifest V3.
