ShortsPilot Pro operates shortspilot.pro and provides automated short-form video publishing.

1. Information Collected
   The service collects account emails, YouTube channel data (public videos
   only), Facebook/Instagram account access for publishing, and basic usage
   analytics.
2. Information Use
   Data is used to monitor your connected YouTube channel for new video uploads,
   process content, publish clips, send notifications, and enhance the service.
3. Data Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for
   marketing purposes. The service uses YouTube Data API, Facebook Graph API, and
   Formspree as third-party integrations.
4. API Services
   Users agree to YouTube Terms of Service. OAuth tokens are not stored longer
   than necessary. Users can revoke access through Google Security Settings or
   Facebook App Settings.
5. Data Retention
   Account data is retained while active. Video clips processed through our
   pipeline are stored temporarily on our servers and deleted after successful
   publishing.
6. Security
   Servers use Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in Europe with secure credential
   storage.
7. User Rights
   Users can access, correct, or delete their data and withdraw consent at any
   time.
8. Children's Privacy
   ShortsPilot Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13.
