- Rated 4 out of 5by The Cat From Outer Space, 9 years agoand I loathe simplistic flat or "material" designs & interfaces. However, you didn't do much. Anyway, the most important part is that you forgot to include the dark sections for the bottom & side of the browser for anyone who uses those parts (usually via addons. There are a huge amount of us) and thus renders it useless to people who are trying to rid their screen of the dreaded, hideous white crap. It's why a lot of us look for personas, to get rid of it. Otherwise it's nice.

We do not see enough historical themes around the web. elegance is currently lost to flat social media type designs whoich make the web look too simple and almost toy like. A good elegnt design is never detrimental to contents. To the contrary, a good design woill attract quality contents. Current simplistic designs do come with lower quality contents (e. g. absurd comments on you tube). Having this persona on my browser makes up for the disappointment and also its existence proves that some people out there still believe in good standards and meaningful designs.
