- Rated 2 out of 5by drkenrich, 7 days agoThis has worked fine for years, but no longer. First, the instructions are outdated. In "Settings", not Options. The setting for "Show your windows and tabs from last time." is not there. There is an "Open previous windows and tabs" in the General Section, but selecting that and doing the about:config, just don't work any more.
Hopefully, either Mozilla will see the error of their ways, or this will get updated to work. - Rated 3 out of 5by ace890, 5 years agoMostly works. Has a bug where the closing the last tab in the first firefox window closes all of the windows.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13962261, 7 years agoWas getting really annoying having the last tab reopen when opening Firefox. Once configured, it does exactly what it says.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Josias, 8 years agoAwesome! I have been wanting this for a while. It really bugged me that when I closed the last tab, when I reopened it it came back to that tab. I want to save my last session history, but I don't want that to happen if I close all of my tabs. Thanks for solving this annoyance.
- Rated 1 out of 5by RejZoR, 8 years agoThis add-on literally makes no sense at all. Firefox ALREADY behaves like this for ages. I was looking for an extension which does the opposite, disables this browser closing idiocy when you close the last tab. So I can sync the add-on via Firefox Sync so I don't have to manually switch browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab to FALSE every time I reinstall browser...
If you can make the opposite of this, then you get instant 5 stars. But for this one, it's gonna remain one...
